Shipping policy

Availability and supply
All orders are subject to the availability of those products and/or services. We source our products from a variety of different suppliers in different countries and we endeavour to provide updates on times and other info for relative products on our website. Due to a number of factors we can never be 100% accurate with dispatch times and stock quantities.

Delivery and delivery charges
We only deliver to Australian street addresses - we cannot ship to a PO box.

Deliveries are via Australia Post, Aramex, Courier Please, Team Global Express within Australia. We charge a flat rate delivery fee of $11.95 for standard shipping and strive for shipment within 3 days of an order being made (if in stock), but again, due to a number of factors we cannot guarantee this. All orders are handled chronologically regardless of size or monetary value. Please contact us at hello@eliandcolighting.com.au if you need your delivery before a certain date and we will be able to provide you with a more specific ETA.

Pricing
An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (GST). All prices are correct when published. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.
