Installation price is only applicable for works exceeding $500 and is exclusively valid for replacing an existing fixture. For new installations, additional fees may be incurred. In the event that works do not exceed $500, a $100 call-out fee will be applied.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, Eli & Co. Lighting Pty Ltd will offer a full refund or credit note within 30 days of purchase.


Please retain your receipt. Where your item is faulty we will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible for no extra charge (assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered). Your item may be damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damage and the courier ticket number and notify us immediately. We can start procedures with the freight company and will endeavour to replace your item quickly (assuming the replacement is in stock otherwise a credit note or refund will be offered).
